The UPERFECT GR19BU 19 Inch 4K UHD Monitor reviewed by NoodleNick

You guys may remember my very first tech review was a UPERFECT monitor. Today we're back with the best monitor for the Nintendo Switch 2.

Essentially, it's a UPERFECT GR19BU 19-inch 4K UHD gaming monitor with a 144 Hz refresh rate. It's a QLED and it's HDR compatible, so pretty much top of the line portable monitor. We got Switch 2, we got a monitor. Let's go ahead and get all this stuff unboxed and see exactly what all they sent me.

Unboxing the UPERFECT Monitor

First Look at the Monitor

There it is, beautiful. I'm just gonna go for it. I don't care. There it is. Boom, there's the back, little vases screws, and got a little kick stand on that bad boy.

OK, on the side, you get a bunch of buttons, a headphone jack. Back button volume. Brightness menu power. Oh no, there's the mini HDMI two type C's, one for power, one for communication. We got some rubber feet here on the bottom and on the legs. 4K UHD it's beautiful.

What's Included in the Box

All right, let's see what else we get in the box. We get mini HDMI to regular HDMI, which is what we're gonna be using today for the switch to. We have the power cable, which is type C to type C. We got a connection cable if you wanna connect like your phone or something like that. Comes with the vas screws, user manual.

OK, last but not least, it comes with a block. Yeah, let's go. That's huge for 2026. That's a win. I'll take that. That's everything for the monitor. Now I'm just gonna unbox this other stuff and then we'll set it all up.

Testing the Monitor Stand

360 Degree Rotating Long Arm Stand

360 degree rotating long arm stand. All right. And then like, Rotates. You just put this on the back of the monitor and then you connect these two pieces.

Blake does not fit, no. What? That was easy. I didn't have a single problem with that. I don't know about you guys.

Comparison with Another Stand

All right, well, They must have sent this as like a comparison item. Did they really? Oh Whoa, wow. This must be like a meme item. They must have sent this to me as a joke, right? Is it standing? This must be like a lesson that like you perfect monitor stands are better.

If I lean this, it's just gonna. OK, no, I'm mad. OK, I feel like UPERFECT is just trolling me right now, but all I know is this one doesn't work that well, and I don't know if UPERFECT is just trying to prove a point here or what, but, let's try out their monitor stand.

Again, this is not, this is not scripted. The other one did not work. I don't know what company that's from. It didn't even have, it didn't even have a label. I'm sorry, 0 out of 10.

Magnetic UPERFECT Stand

OK, so if my science is correct then this will just. Stick on. That's, that's a lot better. I mean, it's just physics. Maybe this part, you know, could be a little bit heavier, but other than that, the arm on this one is.

Way better. It's got the same sort of ratcheting mechanism, but like the arm is longer. This thing couldn't even hold it up at any angle, but this is like, you know, if you can adjust it right, this one works.

Might technically. Although it's just magneted to the back or whatever, that's kind of cool. I do like the ratchet aspect actually there you go, you got a cute little magnetic stand and you're actually portable because whenever you don't want it on the stand you can just take it off the stand. Boom.

All right, we got a few more things. We'll set this off to the side. Billy, hey, you know, I don't know what brand the other one is, but if you ever see that one, don't get it. Get the UPERFECT one. And unless they're both UPERFECT, then I have some suggestions on how to improve it.

Docking Station and Accessories

3-in-1 4K Type-C Hub

Anyways, let's, we got the docking station, so let's check that out. This will help if you're one of those people that like to use your switch too without the dock.

3 in 1, 4K UHD mirror extended aluminum alloy, heat dissipation. 3 and 1 4K type C hub. You 4K display extender, two type C's there. 3 on the front Type A in the side, little rubber grip. Looks kind of cool on the desk.

Cable Management

Alright, to type C to type C cable, and it comes with a big 65 watt type C block mini HDMI to a female HDMI. When you plug the 8 mini HDMI in normally it looked like this. You know, ugly, gross from the front of the monitor, no matter how much you twist that all the way back here, it's still gonna stick out, you know what I mean?

If you want that clean look though, when you look at it from the front, no cable, no ugly cable sticking out. So they gave you one of those and they gave you two more for the type C's cable management.

Carrying Case

All right. And last but not least, I'm cleaning up the trash for some reason. We still have one more thing to open, the big one.

Yay, yay. It's a carrying case, perfect. Maximum portability, it's got a little. Zipper pocket in the front. Goes down all the way. You know, it's kind of squishy in there like foam. And then on the inside it's nice like suede. Nice and smooth, so you can put monitor directly on it.

Not a bad haul from you. Perfect. Perfect. You're perfect. The only thing that I would maybe wish for is like a handle.

Setting Up the Nintendo Switch 2

Now, I'm just gonna set up the switch 2 and we're gonna get into a little gaming and we're gonna set the switch 2 to the max settings.

OK, so here it is. We got the switch on. Essentially, there's a built-in setting on the monitor. There's a switch 1 and a switch 2 option. So for the Switch 2.

You wanna switch to the switch two option. So now we have all these resolutions available for the switch. So you can see that it does support 4K. So I'm gonna switch.

It also has HDR available, 120 Hz also available, but that would limit the 4K. So we're gonna keep that off in a low latency mode, game mode. So that's pretty much it.

So confirmed 4K on the switch. That's nice.

Final Thoughts

OK, this was another perfect monitor from UPERFECT. If you guys wanna check it out, I'll leave a link for it in the description.

Like I said, it's 4K QLED 144 Hz. The image quality is just out of this world. It looked really good.

I did just work with the HDMI. I didn't need the docking station, but it's just a little bit of extra accessory for people that don't like HDMI or don't have their dock for some reason.

You can essentially replace your Nintendo Switch 2 dock with this. This is also. A dock, so it's the same sort of thing, but you know, a little bit smaller.

As of right now, the monitors on sale, so definitely take a look at that. The games looked awesome. It was just really fun to play.
