At UPERFECT, our growth is guided by four core values: Pursue Truth, Stay Humble, Embrace Uniqueness, and Long-Term Thinking. These values shape not only how we develop our products, but also how we listen to and serve our users. Guided by these values, we are moving from a product-line-based structure toward a more user-oriented product series structure. We pursue truth by focusing on what users genuinely need, stay humble by listening to their feedback, embrace uniqueness by recognizing the different needs of different users, and think long term by building a clearer product framework for the future.

This update is more than a change in product series names. It is a step toward making it easier for users to identify the right display based on who they are and how they use it, while creating a more consistent foundation for UPERFECT’s future growth.

In this article, we will explain why we are making this change, introduce the previous and new product series, and provide a reference between the old and new model names for products currently available on our website. We hope this helps make the transition clear and easy to understand, and we sincerely appreciate your support as UPERFECT continues to grow, improve, and create better experiences for our users.

Why We Are Updating Our Product Naming System?

As UPERFECT continues to expand its portable monitor lineup, our products are now designed for a wider range of users, workflows, and use cases. In the past, products were primarily organized around individual product lines and model families, such as UColor, rather than clearly defined user needs.

As our portfolio has grown beyond gaming and mobile business solutions to include professional creative work, MacBook setups, programming, and business and education applications, this structure no longer fully reflects how our products are positioned today.

To make it easier for customers to understand our products and find the right display for their needs, UPERFECT is introducing a new product series structure. Instead of organizing products mainly by individual model families, the new structure focuses on who the product is designed for and how it is used.

This updated approach brings our growing portfolio into a clearer and more systematic framework, with each series serving a distinct audience and use case.

The Original Structure Was Built Around Product Lines

Over the years, UPERFECT introduced a number of product lines and model families to distinguish different products across its portfolio. Names such as UColor, UGame, and UStation became part of the brand’s product landscape, with each line representing a particular group of products and their respective characteristics.

However, these product-line names do not always clearly communicate the intended user or application at a glance. For some customers, understanding the differences between individual series may require additional context, making it less intuitive to identify which product is best suited to their specific needs.

The table below provides an overview of some of the key product lines within the previous structure.

The New Structure Is Built Around User Needs

As our community has grown over the years, we have increasingly heard from long-time users and returning customers who reach out to us for help choosing the right monitor. Many begin by describing who they are and how they work, whether they are photographers, designers, gamers, programmers, remote professionals, or MacBook users, before asking which product would be the best fit for them.

These conversations have shown us that users naturally think in terms of their own needs and workflows, rather than product series names. To make product discovery more intuitive, we have refined our series structure around clearly defined user groups and applications. This allows customers to start with who they are and what they need, without having to spend time learning the differences between multiple legacy product lines first.

The table below introduces the new UPERFECT product series and the users and applications each one is designed to serve.
