1. ELIGIBLE ORDERS

This promotion applies only to eligible new products pre-ordered through the official UPERFECT website during the applicable promotion period. Orders that are canceled, declined, unpaid, refunded, or otherwise not successfully completed will not qualify.

Unless otherwise stated, participation is limited to one promotional gift and one Founding Creator membership per customer, account, household, or shipping address.

2. ORDER RANKING

Gift tiers and Founding Creator eligibility will be determined by the successful order time recorded in UPERFECT’s system.

If two or more qualifying orders have the same recorded order time, priority will be determined by the numerical order number, with the lower order number ranked first.

UPERFECT’s system records will be used to determine the final order sequence, subject to correction in the event of a verified technical or processing error.

3. FOUNDING CREATOR ELIGIBILITY

Founding Creator membership is limited to the first 200 eligible customers.

A customer’s place may be provisionally reserved when a qualifying pre-order is completed. Founding Creator status becomes effective only after delivery of the qualifying product has been confirmed.

If an eligible order is canceled, rejected, refunded, or returned before final qualification, the customer will lose their reserved place. The available place will then pass to the next eligible customer in the order sequence.

Founding Creator membership is personal, non-transferable, and has no cash value.

4. PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

Gift images are for reference only. Actual products may differ in color, appearance, specifications, accessories, or packaging.

Gift colors are subject to availability and may be assigned at random unless a color-selection option is expressly provided.

All gifts are available while supplies last. If a specified gift becomes unavailable, UPERFECT may, where permitted by law, substitute it with another gift of comparable or greater retail value.

Promotional gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold as a promotional entitlement, or replaced with another product at the customer’s request.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

If a qualifying order is canceled or returned, any related gift entitlement and Founding Creator eligibility will be canceled.

Where a promotional gift has already been delivered, the customer may be required to return it unused, with its original packaging, together with the qualifying product. If the gift is not returned, UPERFECT may deduct its stated retail value from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

6. REGIONAL AVAILABILITY

Gift availability, colors, delivery times, and program participation may vary by country or region.

Certain products, including products containing lithium batteries, may not be available for delivery to every destination because of local regulations or carrier restrictions. Where delivery is not possible, UPERFECT may offer a comparable substitute, subject to availability and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information. A promotional entitlement may be forfeited if delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

7. PRICE PROTECTION

The six-month price-protection period begins on the confirmed delivery date of the qualifying product.

If the official selling price of the same product and configuration on the UPERFECT website is reduced during that period, eligible customers may request a refund of the price difference.

Any exclusions, claim procedures, eligible sales channels, refund methods, or limits applicable to price protection will be stated in the full Price Protection Policy.

8. FOUNDING CREATOR ACTIVITIES AND REWARDS

Founding Creator membership does not guarantee participation in every product test, survey, interview, voting activity, or co-creation project.

Participation opportunities may be limited and may depend on product availability, location, user profile, project requirements, and response quality.

Rewards and eligibility requirements may vary by project. The applicable task, deadline, selection criteria, and reward will be communicated with each invitation. 

Rewards will be issued only after the relevant participation requirements have been completed and verified.

9. FAIR PARTICIPATION

UPERFECT reserves the right to review, cancel, or disqualify orders involving suspected fraud, automated ordering, resale activity, duplicate accounts, payment abuse, manipulation of the promotion, or violation of these terms.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This promotion is subject to availability and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UPERFECT may update, suspend, or end the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its operation. Any material updates will be published on the official promotion page.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

By participating in the promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms, together with UPERFECT’s applicable Terms of Sale, 

Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Price Protection Policy.
